the process

Below a typical process flow is outlined:

1   Scope, unit of analysis (e.g. team, department, operating company, headquarters) and likely participants and timelines are discussed and agreed between facilitator and participating company.

2   The participating organisation will nominate an administrator who has the right to set up users, and will inform participants of the modules to be filled in, as well as for which part of the organisation the questions are to be answered. The administrator will also have access to comments, literature, case studies and tools. Confidentiality of individual responses will be assured.

3   Within a fortnight of the completion deadline, prior to the feedback workshop, an initial feedback report is generated and distributed to the relevant people within the participating organisation.

4   A feedback workshop is held to disseminate and discuss the findings from the survey, and to develop a preliminary Action Plan.

5   A follow-up workshop is held within 6-12 month of the original survey to discuss the impacts of the actions taken, and decide on further steps, e.g. what further actions to take, and whether it seems appropriate to either re-take the survey or it should be repeated with a different target group.
