The Base Package is
made up of the following question modules:
Core Questions
(31 questions) on the five key drivers – allowing a temperature
check of the organisation and helping to identify areas where
further development could help improve the organisation’s
innovation performance.
Organisation Performance and Ambition
(33 questions) asks questions about the company’s current
innovation performance, and future innovation ambition; by highlighting
differences between the status quo and the company’s aspiration
it provides some insights about the size of the ‘innovation
gap’;
Industry Context (13 questions),
asks about the innovation climate in the industry; gives an
indication about the innovation activity and to a certain degree
innovation requirement
